Our companies are established in Piraeus since 1981 and 1986 respectively and our main shipping activities are:
Ship Management Ownership
All these years since 1986 17 ships have been managed under our umbrella and to many of them we have acted as co-Owners as well. Presently have one vessel under commercial management and we are discussing with one company for some new projects which are to be entrusted to us taking the advantage of our long and vast experience. Of course new comers and other proposals are welcome.
In addition to above have many times undertaken the management and operation of ships directed for demolition to Turkey , on AS IS WHERE IS basis as well with more significant operational projects, the management of :
M/V SILVER SKY , a big P.CarCarrier of 11.000 t lightship from Antwerp to Aliaga,
RoPaxes TALATON ex LATO CARIBBEAN GALAXY ex DAEDALUS and VITSENTZOS KORNAROS all historical for the Greek Passenger Coastal shipping from Piraeus to Aliaga,
AVANTIS a small burnt pallet carrier from Skiathos Island to Aliaga, a vessel being for years a very big obstacle for the local port,
SEABULK PATIENCE and SEAMAR CHALLENGE , the cement factories which were laying up for about 15 years at Eleusis port,
OCEAN SPARKLE a cement factory from Spain to Aliaga via Piraeus.
During summer period of 2020 we have undertaken the lay up operation and the special care of the big passenger ships MARELLA CELEBRATION, HORIZON and MARELLA DREAM as well as the big Drill Ship DS 5, (see the photo aside) contributing to the port of Eleusis and to the Greek economy many thousands of Euros monthly.
Shipbroking
Since 1981 we are dealing with Sale and Purchase of vessels both used and New Buildings and also with vessels chartering and commercial operation.
Demolition
We do represent the biggest Turkish Demolition yard owner and also have at Far East including but not limited to India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and China the best contacts with yard owners/cash buyers.
We are also undertaking the positioning to scrapyard of vessels bought on AS IS WHERE IS basis (see the Shipmanagement Ownership vector). Also our company is undertaking the issuance of the environmental certificate required for the transboundary transfer from Europe or other countries to Turkey for recycling.
Charterers
Under own contracts of affreightment basis have chartered many ships either on voyage or on period Time Charter.
Yachting
Our special love to the Sea have made us to deal with this sector as well. We do rent quite successfully since 1994 our own yacht PETER WOOD and also undertaking the charter of other yachts, having as clients people out of our other shipping activities whom we are convincing to come to Greece and feel "as close as possible" the meaning of the Greek clear waters, clear sky and hospitality
